My Story
Nineteen years of Southeastern NC real estate.
I've spent 19 years in real estate, including time as a Broker-in-Charge supervising an office. Today I'm a licensed broker with Coastal Properties, working out of our office on Military Cutoff Road in Wilmington.
My work covers both residential and commercial property, from first homes and beach getaways to retail space, land, and investment property. That range means I can help whether you're buying your first place, selling a family home, or adding to a portfolio.
Wilmington1 grew out of a simple idea: give people one place to search every home in Southeastern North Carolina, backed by a broker who'll pick up the phone.
